Every service is subject to a detailed quote. The order is final only after written acceptance of the quote by the client.

8.2 Prices and Payment

• Prices are expressed in Guinean Francs (GNF) including all taxes
• Payment terms are specified in each quote
• Any payment delay may result in penalties

8.3 Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions are defined in the specific contracts for each service.

9. Liability

9.1 VIC's Liability

VIC undertakes to provide its services with the greatest care and according to best practices. However, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

VIC cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, profits or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.

10. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these GTU.

11. Force Majeure

VIC cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure, particularly in case of war, riot, fire, strike, accident, epidemic, or any other event beyond its control.

VIC reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. It is the user's responsibility to regularly consult the GTU.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to Guinean law. In case of dispute, the courts of Conakry have sole jurisdiction, except for contrary legal provisions.
